Sorry for the delay!

 I DON'T HAVE TIME TO USE THE COMPUTER! This is the realization I have had this summer... The kids got out of school and I realized this is the first time that they have been home all day every day and NO LONGER NAP! That means lots of things... it means that we have a lot more time together which I love, we get to read and cuddle a whole lot, we have a much more relaxed routine than during the school year (yes, I know they only went 3 mornings a week, but still), it means that we are doing lots of fun stuff, but it also means that I don't have time to blog about it... I have great intentions once I finally sit down after the kids are asleep, but then Im just too tired/lazy to blog. I also seem to always envision what a blog post will look like... lots of things to write out, stories to be told, pictures nicely edited... so when that can't actually happen I have just not done any of it. However, I need to just not do that and put up what Ive got so it doesn't pile up... so here is some stuff that we have been up to unedited :)

Johnny and Maddy came and took the kids on a biking adventure to Belle Isle and they were really stoked about all of the body pads we got... they wore them all day everyday for about a week no matter what activity we were doing, you can never be too careful ya know.

 Made some moon sand with what we brought home from the beach... (they picked out their matching Red Sox outfits that day)

Lovin the chairs Honey and Paw got them... also, been drinking a lot of smoothies, its our new lifestyle :)

Playing with their stuffed animal "baby" dogs is all the rage at our house.

Gelati got an ice cream truck? What? Thats right, and we were the first customers ever!!

Caught a squirrels game with some friends... pics are great, always seems like a fun idea in theory, but in the end no one actually cares about the game and the kids just spend the whole time whining about wanting cotton candy that comes by every 5 min.

We got to visit with Max and Neveah's second, second cousin! We loved seeing baby Walker :)

These 2 lucked out with amazing preschool teachers this year! Mrs. McLemore & Mrs. Brockman are very missed this summer!!

Can't get enough of this kid and the rolls! His grandparents think hes pretty cool too.

KOS at Rockets landing... awesome weather + sand for the kids to play in + fun friends + my awesome family + KOS + dancing + fireworks = me crying at the end of the night because these are such special times we are living in and I am so grateful for this stage of life!
