Thumb Bunny loves you!

Valentines Day is one of my favorite days of the entire year... I love the time leading up to it and that its just a time to focus on expressing how much you love the people around you... The bummer this year was that our college retreat fell on the day after and the kids were sick the entire week before so many of my plans didn't happen... We will make up for it though :)

Poor sweet girl had a fever that wouldn't quit and spent a good part of the week like this... She was so pitiful and I was sad that she felt so bad, but it was really sweet how cuddly she was...


Even though they had fevers the kids found enough energy to make some valentines... Can I just say I am mildly obsessed with kids artwork... I really cant get enough of it!

 We also made some Thumb Bunnies... It was really hard for me to let them go as Valentines because each had a different quirky little personality...

 As is our tradition, we handed out 700 carnations at VCU with our Chi Alpha students.
