In Preparation for Easter we spent a lot of time talking about Jesus and what He did for us. We read the story of Easter every day, did our Resurrection Eggs (kind of like an Easter Advent calendar with a piece of the story in each egg... thanks to Chara for the idea!), and then we made our traditional Resurrection cookies on Saturday... each ingredient represents another part of the Easter story and you have to leave them in the oven overnight and then in the morning when you open the oven/tomb... the cookies are empty inside!

 I was planning on making Neveah's Easter dress for traditions sake, but she was handed down this beautiful blue dress that was just so pretty I couldn't not let it be her Easter dress... Max was excited to get dressed up in his new bow tie!

Neveah has really had horrible allergies this season, at times her eyes were almost swollen shut! Her eyes were super puffy and itchy on Easter, but she still looks just precious!

His blue eyes are out of control!
  
This was our new little addition this Easter! My friend Kim came with us the past couple of weeks to church and this is Kevionna in her Easter outfit... could you just die she is so cute!?

We headed to Easter on Parade with both sets of grandparents & a ton of other family too. Kids had a great time checking out all the dogs in costumes and getting to see the Art 180 art up close!
