These next few posts confirm that Neveah believes she is the boss of our family. The other night Max was having a bit of an emotional evening. We had put them to bed & then he started crying. John went in to see what was wrong and it was that his foot had dirt on it. John talked with him about being obedient & going to bed. The kids know that if they are not obedient than there will be punishment & John reminded him of this.
Overheard outside the door right after John left:
Max: in a pouting voice "there is still dirt on my foot"
Neveah: "Just scream Max"
Max: "No, Daddy said I shouldn't"
Neveah: "Just cry really loud, just try it"
Max: "no, Daddy said no"
Neveah: "I SAID YES!, just do it Max, do it!"
- John did then enter and give a lesson on what was wrong with that conversation while trying to keep a straight face
Your reenactment of this episode was hysterical! Hahahhahaha! And was she crying because she was shocked by her amazing abilities? Or because she thought she was going to get in trouble and had to turn herself in?!
