cozy days & some snow

The night it started snowing was pretty exciting! Neveah fell out of her bed because she was trying to watch out of the window, so in the morning I could hardly get them to eat breakfast before we went out! We headed to the Robinson's for a snow party...




The glasses were his own addition to the ensemble...


Lucy is sporting Neveah's old snowsuit and it makes me really sad that she used to wear that & time has gone by that quickly! We of course were not out playing in the snow for long but we did try to check everything off of our list... snow angels, snow ball fight, and the snow man didn't really work, but we did make a snow wall. Lucy just stood still smiling and then when she was ready we would move her to a new location :)






The girls had a little craft time while the boys played with Riley's "bad guys"... Riley is really into super heroes = Max is really into super heroes, but he thinks that they are all bad guys because they have serious looks on their faces. Max keeps telling me that him and Riley really really like the bad guys.


Then we walked back home to our pretty little street.


The time we have spent inside lately has been fun too. M & N play really well together and are always pretending to go on adventures, have parties, and make up new games (the rules always make a lot of sense)



This time they didn't know I was watching, they were being so sweet to each other and taking turns taking care of Neveah's baby.


Max was reading Neveah a story from his sticker book while I folded laundry... the have been so snuggly lately. We have all spent a lot of time wrapped in blankets in the reading spot at the top of our steps... I LOVE IT!


We also did some baking... hearts & footballs were the shape choices
