Busy Busy Busy

We have been busy making things... we have been talking about bugs & caterpillars lately so this is us making our own caterpillars. My only worry is that when they go to preschool next fall & the teacher says its craft time that my children will get naked!

Cody hung out with the kids earlier this week and when I came home she showed me what Neveah drew... she drew the whole thing! I'm so proud of my little artist. I mean pupils, eyelashes, and hair... impressive Neveah! Who knows if she will like/be super skilled in art, but we have noticed a ton of creativity in her lately. She sees shapes in everything. When putting together a puzzle she only looks at the shapes and not the design on the pieces. Also, at every meal when she is taking bites out of stuff she holds it up and tells us what she thinks it looks like.

We went to hear Pa play the drums last week.

Pa needed a few tips in-between sets

We got library books about caterpillars, but Max really wanted to check out an "I-Spy" book. He has gotten addicted to finding all the different things on each page.

Those eyes are so precious.

Congratulations to Jordan the graduate!!!! We are so proud of you!

We had a celebration dinner at a Japanese steak house & Max LOVED it, he couldn't stop eating for the photo. What is hilarious to me is how Max interacts with Justin & Jordan. He truly thinks that he is the same age/size as them, you know just one of the guys. He informs me all the time that he has grown really big and now he is bigger than Justin & Jordan.

We had so much fun visiting with Grandma & Grampy this week. We took them to one of my favorite places in the world... Lewis Ginter

Right before I took this I had just finished saying "hey guys, don't drink the water"

It was a beautiful and relaxing day!

Friday we were farmers again and went blueberry picking!

Neveah was a very skilled picker. She got just the blue ripe ones even though she truly would have rathered the pink ones. Max on the other hand ate the entire time... first off of the bushes and then out of Honey's bucket.

Happy Father's Day Weekend! I was on photo strike for most of the weekend due to laziness, but what a full, fun weekend we had. We hung out with tons of family. Welcomed a new baby friend into the world... Ella Grace!!!! Spent time with a bunch of church family & friends & then finished out with a great fathers day spent with our dads!

We ended Father's day relaxing with some of our favorite peeps... the Robinsons. Whew... Next week's mission is for the Wagler family to get our bearings and for the younger members to go to bed earlier, they have been partying late into the night lately!
