Missionary babies

Last week Max and Neveah participated in their second outreach (remember, they handed out flowers to VCU students on Valentines Day). This time we went with some friends from our MOPS group to spend some time with some very sweet senior citizens. We "helped" do crafts and plant some flowers. Even though we "brought the crazy" that morning it was so great to see all of the residents smile and the energy that all of the little ones brought!

The pictures are not great because my hands were either covered in dirt or I was trying to corral my two running children...

Max and I helped Mr. Ron plant some petunias... Max helped put all the dirt back in the pot. Neveah wanted nothing to do with the flowers because she was having too much fun with the crafts so we left her behind.

This was the day my children discovered stickers!

A balloon party finished out our time there!

  1. The residents probably thought WE could use more help than they could. Hah! Max is awesome at getting dirty. Riley can't stand it! Would you believe we purposefully do things to GET DIRTY? I'm swiping your pics for my blog by the way. :o)
